closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems at Webb Hotel Group properties which comprises:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moor Hall Hotel and Spa, Sutton Coldfield<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The George Hotel, Lichfield<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Cathedral Hotel, Lichfield<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Gables Hotel, Falfield<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Webb Hotel Group<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Webb Hotel Group has appointed Angela Burns, Chief Executive, <a href=\"mailto:aburns@webbht.co.uk\">aburns@webbht.co.uk<\/a> as its data compliance manager.\u00a0 Please contact Angela Burns if you have any questions about this policy.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Policy Statement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Company is committed to maintaining a secure environment for its guests, employees and property.\u00a0\u00a0CCTV systems are used to deter crime, monitor safety and assist in the investigation of incidents.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The use of CCTV will be conducted in compliance with relevant legislation and guidance provided by the Information Commissioner\u2019s Office and the Surveillance Camera Commissioner, to fulfil legitimate business needs, such as (but not limited to):<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>complying with regulatory and statutory obligations<\/li>\n\n<li>assessing compliance with the health and safety policy<\/li>\n\n<li>preventing and detecting crime.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All use of CCTV will be conducted in a professional, ethical and lawful manner. \u00a0Intrusion of privacy will always be kept to a minimum.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cameras are located in various public areas including entrances, lobbies, hallways, parking areas and other locations where security concerns are prevalent. \u00a0Cameras are not placed in private areas such as guest rooms, restrooms or changing areas.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div data-wp-class--is-open=\"state.isOpen\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CCTV footage will be stored securely and only for a limited time. \u00a0In normal circumstances it will be deleted after 30 days unless the information could be relevant
