The farm is located 300\u2026<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-3e2078fc wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--25);padding-right:0;padding-bottom:0;padding-left:0\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New Sustainable Coffee Shop Opening in Lichfield<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-post-date has-small-font-size\"><time datetime=\"2023-09-26T12:00:00+00:00\">26 September 2023<\/time><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The George Hotel in Lichfield is delighted to announce they are working in partnership with Suffolk-based coffee company, Paddy &amp; Scott\u2019s, to open a new coffee shop in Lichfield next week.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Paddy &amp; Scott\u2019s, the sustainable and community-focused brand, is set to entice the people of Lichfield with a coffee from their Muchomba farm in Kenya. The farm is located 300 kilometres north of Nairobi in the shade of the eastern side of Mount Kenya and is where George Muchomba and his eldest son Isaac work to create one of the finest coffee farms in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Anthony Greenidge, General Manager of The George Hotel, commented: \u201cWe have been working with Paddy &amp; Scott\u2019s for two years now in the hotel, serving their community driven coffee at breakfast and in the bar. This new partnership is a fantastic addition to Lichfield and we know the community will love the ethos and messaging of the Paddy &amp; Scott\u2019s brand which is all about working directly with the farmers and supporting the communities in the coffee growing regions\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The new Paddy &amp; Scott\u2019s coffee shop will open on Tuesday 3rd October and from then be open from 8am, 7 days a week. The caf\u00e9 will serve a range of hot drinks and freshly prepared sandwiches with bread sourced locally from Gayton\u2019s bakery. Customers can choose to savour their brew inside the caf\u00e9 with its comfy seating and welcoming atmosphere, sit outside, or opt for take out to soak up the vibrant city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Scott Russell, founder of Paddy &amp; Scott\u2019s, says, \u201cThis is a very exciting time for us as a business, a new caf\u00e9 means a new chapter.
